Bridal Lehengas

Wedding is an auspicious event in which the bride and the groom are the center of attraction, and are the hero and heroine on that day. On this occasion, more importance and attention is given to all the details, be it smaller or bigger.

The most importance is given to the bride, the attire and the jewels she would wear on the day of the marriage, as it would be the most memorable event of her life.

The brides in the traditional weddings wear traditional silk sarees, traditional silk ghagra and choli, and traditional lehengas depending upon the cultural background they belong to; however, it is not the same for the brides of today.

There are wide varieties of wedding dresses to choose from the lehengas, saris, or ghara and choli for a bride.

The various styles of lehengas are traditional wedding lehengas, designer wedding lehengas, and simple lehengas for the pre wedding ceremonies.

The wedding lehengas are worn by the brides on the wedding day. One can choose from like the wedding lehengas, wedding lehenga choli, designer wedding lehengas, and traditional wedding lehengas nowadays.

India holds supremacy for lehenga as one of the ancient dresses. Different traditional marriages have different customs, and the brides wear different kinds of clothes, ornaments, and adornments.

While a Punjabi bride wears a salwar-kameez, a Maharashtrian bride wears a nine-yard saree; a Rajasthani bride wears a lehenga.

The lehenga-choli is mainly the traditional wear of Rajasthan and Gujarat. Lehengas are of rich colors, which signify festivity, fertility and richness.

To choose the right color lehengas is very important. One cannot choose the bridal lehenga according to the look of lehenga, but according to the complexion of the bride.

For fair complexion one can go for almost all the colors, but should be careful while choosing for the dark skinned. Moreover, depending on the time of the occasion also, one can choose the color of one's bridal lehenga.
